INSTRUMENT & CONTROL DESIGNERS

Perth-based

 

Both roles are for a Multi-national EPCM consultancy in the Perth CBD. Initial involvement will be on large Power stations, however the consultancy also covers Mining, Oil & Gas and Water, so there will be opportunity to branch into different commodities should this interest you.





Lead I&C Designer

 

• Lead and manage the design team and scope for a large Power Station.


• Reporting to Project Manager or Engineering Manager.


• Highly effective people management skills - for coaching and mentoring of more junior staff and interfacing with clients.


• Highly effective management skills; setting goals, resources, schedules and cost.


• Experience leading design projects and teams, ideally in an EPCM environment, on large Power stations.

 

Senior I&C Designer

 

• I&C design and drafting, technical support and supervising a small discipline team on a Power Station project.


• Reporting to Design Manager, Discipline Lead or Principal Designer.


• Highly effective technical and practical design and drafting skills in the I&C field.


• Highly competent in using MS Office Suite and design software.
