Key Areas of Responsibility & Duties  :   ¨   Production Balance Report ¨   Technical Support to the Strategic Business Plan ¨   Deliver technical support and to justify a major capital expenditure ¨   Results of metallurgical accounting are used to prepare financial statements for the overall operation, so accuracy and timeliness are both musts. ¨  Responsible to manage the RMGC Environmental Health and Safety Management system in his/her areas of responsibility. Essential Skills and Abilities:    ¨   Accuracy and precise work is required. ¨   Ensure that sound engineering practice and principles are used. ¨   Good computer skills are required. ¨   Requires an understanding of computer modeling. ¨  A Bachelor’s Degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering is required. ¨   10 years experience required, including operating plant experience. ¨   Experience managing senior employees Kinross is an Equal Opportunity Employer
