Take the lead on managing a portfolio of Infrastructure projects greater than AU$1 billion in value and offering direction to the project teams

With a guaranteed project portfolio you will be operating in an environment that has the right level of support and commitment to ensure their ongoing success and growth. Offering a high level of interaction with the regional and global executive team this position will allow for excellent development through some of the best in the industry. 

Leading a team of experienced Project Directors and Project Managers you will be expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in the construction of major infrastructure projects and successfully managed the delivery of large scale projects. The position will also involve client interfacing and acting as one of the main corporate representatives for projects.

Being able to demonstrate your commitment to a “Health and Safety First” approach in a project environment as well as ensure compliance of the company’s corporate project management processes is essential.

Being an excellent leader and ensuring that your direct reports are supported will play an active part in developing the next pool of Operations Managers in the business. Your experience in managing multi discipline teams and looking after the key client relationships will be well received.

Our client would be open to discussing this opportunity with professionals who have an established background in Operations Management and would have the ability to support the growth of the domestic and international division. Equally, they would be happy to hear from individuals with a strong coverage in managing the delivery of large scale EPCM infrastructure projects that would be willing to move into an Operations Management position.
