Consider this a position poised somewhere between the two - As Manager of the Brisbane office, your focus will be on the leadership and growth of the small group with a technical focus on delivering high end EIS and Environmental Approvals projects with existing major clients in the mining and energy sectors.

Your incentive? You are the one calling the shots, so you will be incentivised by taking home 40% of the total revenue into this office on top of your generous base and super component.

Your 10+ years in Environmental Consulting within QLD's Mining & Resources sector, delivering major EIS studies for projects with capital value of $400M will mean this is a step in the right direction for you both in a project capacity and business savvy.

Beyond EA, your role will be to develop and implement strategy around building niche teams with their own Team Leads under you across Ecology, Acoustics, and Aboriginal Heritage as there is already capability here.
