Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Water Resources Group in the Calgary office.
Responsibilities include:
- General Administrative functions:
- Word processing
- Maintain calendars
- Supporting proposal coordination
- Travel arrangements
- Meeting set-up
- Filing
Job Requirements:
The preferred candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in an office setting
- Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven.
- Independent, pro-active and professional manner.
- Good verbal communication and writing skills are essential.
- Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
- Excellent ability to prioritize work tasks according to deadlines.
- Will do, can do attitude
- Detailed and quality focused
- Adaptable
- Eager to learn
