We are currently looking for a Group Administrator to join our team in Brisbane on a full time basis.
- Meeting coordination for projects and clients – room booking, minute taking and distribution, catering when necessary;
- Producing monthly invoicees and following up for payment;
- Project Documentation – opening and closing projects, document control, project filing, QA of job files upon project completion;
- Provide administration support - diary management, typing and distribution of correspondence and filing for Resource Group;
- Travel bookings – flights, accommodation, car and other requirements;
- Provide Powerpoint presentation assistance;
- Tender preparation assistance;
- Backup and assistance with report collation;
- WP supoort backup (including PDF);
- Work within health and safety policies and programs and provide health and safety feedback, hazard identification as required.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
The preferred candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in office administration specifically in areas of administration support to a large group.
- Proven experience in managing project documentation
- Excellent Computer skills in MS Office suites – MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong time management skills
