Job Description:

Support the Designated Projects in any way that promotes the successful completion of project milestones and project commissioning.
Provide the technical support to the mining groups so that plant, equipment and resources are fit for purpose and available when needed.
Practical leadership in the development of new projects particularly with respect to mining methods, dredging and concentrating functions.
Prepare reports as requested, including the preparation of cost benefit studies, financial analyses, and make recommendations to management to optimise the exploitation of the company’s mine reserves.
It is preferred the position be filled by a person with tertiary qualification in mining engineering and with mine planning experience in the mineral sands industry.
