Job Description:

Reporting to the Resource Development Manager, the Senior Resource Development Geologist will develop, implement, monitor and review resource development activities to reflect best practices and will be instrumental in growing the company’s resource base with a focus on converting exploration targets to indicated resources across various locations in the Pilbara region. 

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and facilitating the annual development plan
  
• Developing and submitting drill programs and POW’s
  
• Delivery of validated wireframes for mineralisation and geology to the resource estimation team
  
• Leadership, coaching, support and mentoring of geologists
  
• Assisting geologists with geological technical interpretation, reporting and logging
  
• Demonstrating safety leadership and standards

This role operates on a FIFO 12.5 / 8.5 roster from Perth.  The successful applicant will have a minimum of 7 years industry related experience and have a solid track record in a similar position.
