Job Description:

The role involves the following:
 
  Daily hands on Supervision and Co-ordination of electrical manning resources
for various electrical maintenance/breakdown activities at the MSP.
  Monitoring  and  controlling  the  performance  of  electrical  equipment  and
instrumentation.
  Administrative  duties  involving maintenance  planning, work  orders  and  cost
control.
  Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant standards.
  Directing and monitoring apprentice training and performance.
  Monitoring and managing performance of the electrical workgroup.
  Participation in the electrical callout roster is required in this hands on role.
 
To be considered for the role it is essential to hold an Electrical Trade qualification (A
Grade Electrical licence) and a current WA ‘C’ class drivers licence
 
We  require  an  experienced  electrical  tradesperson  who  posses  supervisory,
leadership  and/or  planning  knowledge.    Previous  experience  in  Mining  and
Separation Plants is preferred.
 
The position  requires a highly motivated and self starting  individual with  leadership
skills, excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a dynamic
production team.
