PRODUCTION METALLURGIST

Job Description:

Duties will include but not be limited to:
 
ƒ  Overall plant performance
ƒ  Metallurgical accounting for the plant
ƒ  Ensure that quality standards are met
ƒ  Oversee the management of the Citect Scada system
ƒ  Provide technical expertise for development work
ƒ  Active participation in the Energy Efficiency Opportunity program
 
This role requires an individual who demonstrates leadership in the areas safety and
the environment.  Excellent working relationships with production and maintenance
personnel are essential, as well as have a proven track record with respect to
analysis and reporting.
 
We are seeking a driven individual who is able to show initiative and continuous

Applicants must have a tertiary qualification in metallurgy or a related discipline and
preference will be given to  candidates with experience within the Titanium mineral
industry.
