Job Description:

To collate and report information on geological resources in the Murray Basin.
To prioritise and implement work required on the resources to ensure they are an appropriate level for resource evaluation.
To carryout resource evaluation studies to assist with the ranking of resources.
To support and supervise technical programs associated with project development.
To assist with presentation and reporting of project data.
Ensure the quality of all resources calculated on resources in the Murray Basin, by overseeing data collation and either completing or auditing resource modeling.
Develop a geological understanding of the Murray Basin.
Fully participate in the occupational health and safety, and environmental programmes.
Position requires incumbent with a tertiary education in geology.
Must have well developed computing skills in basic office and mining type software plus an ability to comprehend data presented electronically.
It is essential that the incumbent has practical field support experience.
Hold a valid manual drivers licence.
Overall - it is likely that a suitable incumbent has not less than 5 years post graduate experience preferably in the mineral sand industry.
