Job Description:

•     Coordinate all aspects of the technical support for Mineral Separation Plant.
• Ensure the performances of the mineral processing operations are fully integrated with the planning and actual performance of the mine site.
• Provide the technical leadership and experience required to ensure the mineral processing department’s team and service providers are clearly focused on the relevant outcomes.
• Direct the creation and maintenance of the systems that can accurately forecast and deliver operational outcomes, especially in technical support requirements.
• Foster initiatives that can improve aggregate efficiencies throughout the whole mineral processing stream, but particularly within the Mineral Separation Plant.
• Position requires incumbent with a tertiary education in mineral processing with considerable experience in the mineral sands industry.
• It is essential that the incumbent has practical field support experience in the operation of a mineral sands processing plant in this industry,       short and long term technical standards and performance in the Mineral Separation Plant.
