Job Description:
This position is a key member of the site’s management teams, partnering with the business
units to assist in achieving the company’s business strategy. The role is based in Bunbury
Western Australia and will require some interstate travel to the various site locations in South
Australia and NSW.
This role leads a team of Human Resources Business Partners providing strategic direction
and support for the implementation of legally-compliant and globally aligned human resources
policies, programs and best practices within the region, including:
• Recruitment and Selection
• Compensation and Benefits
• Payroll Administration
• Training and Development
• Performance Management
• Employee/Labour Relations
• Community/Public Relations
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Degree qualifications preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
or Law
• Post graduate level qualifications will be highly regarded
• 10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in the mining or manufacturing
industry
• Extensive broad based human resources experience
• An in-depth knowledge of business
• Experience in labour relations, recruiting, training, compensation & benefits, public relations
and HR regulatory affairs.
• High level communication, negotiation, influencing and change management skills
